Credit Control Assistant - Newbury - Up to £30k per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily chasing via phone and emails of ageing debt, roughly 30 calls a day
- Account follow ups- chasing payments
- Collations of all credits and refunds
- Moving of debt to legal teams in a timely manner
- Updating of account system, ensuring all communication are logged in a timely manner and always maintained so that each entry is correct
- Pulling of monthly aged debt reports
- Account reconciliations using own bespoke finance systems
- Responding to emails within 24 hours
- Managing escalations
Experience required:
- The ideal candidate will have a degree in either accountancy, maths, or any of the science's
- Ability to form relationships with clients on an interpersonal level
- Strong I.T. skills including proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and Word
