- Delivering pre-planned lessons
- Adaptable to the students learning needs
- Being able to work effectively in a team and with support staff
- Excellent classroom/behaviour management and keeping an engaging environment
- Relay concise and clear feedback of the lesson
Requirements of working as a Primary Cover Teacher:
- A degree along with relevant teaching qualifications (ie PGCE)
- QTS is desirable
- Ideally experience teaching in a primary setting
- Strong commitment and a positive attitude to the role and objectives
