Join a leading research-based pharmaceutical organisation as a Stores Coordinator, where you will manage inventory in a GxP and general stores environment, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with health and safety regulations. This role also encompasses Service Support, assisting with Engineering requests to maintain operational excellence.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Manage inventory, preventing stock outs and facilitating procurement for engineering repairs.
- Conduct stocktaking activities and manage WEEE waste disposal.
- Ensure compliance with COSHH regulations.
- Support the Service desk function for all Engineering requests.
- Maintain accurate records and track inventory movements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, engineers, colleagues, and regulatory authorities.
- Utilise CMMS for inventory stock control and asset management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in inventory management, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical storage, waste management and COSHH compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in system software including SAP, Ariba, Maximo, Airsweb, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Foundation knowledge of Health & Safety systems and processes.
