Pure are working with a growing organisation who are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator on a part time basis.
Main Duties Responsibilities:
To assist the head of sales with statistic gathering, report writing, database management.
- Maintain & update the SharePoint database for filed customer rates
- Compile monthly reports of actual turnover from new accounts won by the sales team
- Compile lists of new addresses input to iMove, and send details to Head of Sales
- Maintain and report on stock levels of sales materials, brochures, place new orders.
- Report internal sales leads to the sales team
- Compile lists of sales leads based on lapsed accounts
- Evaluate and breakdown yearly turnover figures into individual reports for the sales team
- Maintain, monitor and forward sales leads
Key Requirements:
- Must have Sales Administration experience
- Proficient with Microsoft packages especially Excel as well as have general PC knowledge
- Must be able to prioritise and organise own workload with attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- General understanding of logistics industry (desirable)
Working Hours: 24 hours a week, Monday-Friday
