Yellow Bricks is hiring for an immediate-start temporary role at a growing FMCG startup. The role is temping initially but could be extended depending on the workload.
In this project role, you will support the business in understanding the engagement and culture within the organisation, what is working well in terms of people development, training, and overall happiness, and what would benefit from a bit of focus and improvement. Following the project, you will report back and devise the next steps for the business. We are seeking a person with a minimum of a Level 5 CIPD qualification.
Due to the nature of the role, we will need our person in the office all of the time.
Duties:
- Carry out 121s with the staff to discover their role, engagement and future needs.
- Observe the team at work and interview the management
- Carry out possible remediation if needs are discovered
- Provide actionable next steps
- Report on findings to senior leadership team
- Provide HR advice and support with legislation
