Experienced, reliable and skilled caretaker/handyman required to look after buildings in Manchester - the role will include all aspects of maintaining and up keeping the buildings to ensure its presentation is at an optimum level.

X1 Caretaker - Roles and Responsibilities
Tasks include, but are not limited to the below; the successful candidate must have experience in a vast majority of these duties:
- Be responsible for the presentation and general upkeep of the buildings.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required
- First point of contact for contractors attending site.
- Upkeep of painting and general decoration.
- Presence for residents
- Upkeep of basic grounds and waste management
- Ensure the grounds and buildings are clean and hazard free
- General porterage of distributing deliveries (heavy lifting required)
- Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining H&S records.
- Form a productive working relationship with residents.
Skills
- Basic plumbing, electrical and DIY skills required
- Good attention to detail
- Customer service skills
Hours
- 25 hours p/w Monday - Friday: you can choose either 7:00am - 12:00pm or 8:00am - 1:00pm
