Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a Credit Controller on a permanent and full-time basis, to join a services company in Dudley. Reporting into the the supervisor, some of the main duties involve:
- Chasing outstanding debt across ledgers, ensuring debt is no older than 30 days overdue against terms.
- Working to a monthly cash and aged debt target.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and raise credit notes, whilst maintaining and building. relationships with the customer base.
- Interpreting information, data and reports.
- Ensure accurate timekeeping to maintain efficiency within the department.
- Completing other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Credit Controller who is a confident communicator, able to deal with stakeholders at all levels. Experience working in a fast-paced environment will be necessary.
