About Us:
As the Careers & Employability Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our students' futures by providing expert guidance, resources, and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance students' employability skills.
- Collaborate with academic departments, employers, and alumni to create meaningful career pathways.
- Deliver workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to students on topics such as CV writing, interview skills, and networking.
- Manage career fairs, employer engagement events, and internship programs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and labour market demands to tailor our services effectively.
Requirements:
- Essential: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within higher education or related sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for empowering students and helping them achieve their career goals.
- Familiarity with hybrid work arrangements and digital platforms.
