The institution is looking for an experienced Change Manager to join their growing team on a 12 month fixed term basis, working with various senior stakeholders to develop and implement their new ways of working (this includes the implementation of a new CRM system).

The institution is looking for an experienced Change Manager to join their growing team on a 12 month fixed term basis, working with various senior stakeholders to develop and implement their new ways of working (this includes the implementation of a new CRM system).

Description

  • Develop and implement change management programmes, processes and systems to ensure efficient functioning of the new business unit
  • Establish, control, manage and monitor timescales and budgets, considering dependencies and recommending and/or taking appropriate action to overcome delays or difficulties
  • Prepare business cases which define user needs, benefits and solution options for achieving these benefits through development of new or changed processes, policy, structures, and culture change.
  • Responsible for defining and gaining agreement on the scope and deliverables of initiatives and projects.
  • Be able to quickly adapt to changing priorities, new challenges, and emerging opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and manage project plans from inception through to completion, tracking progress on objectives and ensuring timely delivery of results, with an eye on prioritisation and management of competing workstreams.
  • Plan and facilitate project meetings and workshops.
  • Update progress on projects to a diverse audience, bringing key stakeholders along on the journey, leading to productive and trusted 'partnership' working relationships across the university.
  • Act as a liaison between the business unit and senior management, providing regular updates on progress and challenges

Profile

  • An experienced Change Manager, with a track record of successful delivery of change programmes and projects including large transformational change programmes
  • Knowledge of operations management, change management and a range of project delivery models and techniques.
  • Experienced in developing and managing project plans from inception to completion, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills, particularly when managing competing workstreams
  • You will have experience of full project life cycle
  • Ability to distil complex information into easy-to-understand content.
  • Experience of working within the public sector, ideally in Higher Education.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills- able to influence and manage senior stakeholders e.g. directors.
  • Prince2 qualification or similar

Job Offer
