You will be joining a specialist education provision that caters to young people with social, emotional, and mental health additional needs.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 15:45, term-time only. This is a temporary position initially, although there is an opportunity to move onto a permanent contract with the school following a successful introductory period with Reed Education.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - to build rapport with pupils, staff, parents/carers, and external agencies.
- Willingness to continue learning on the job.
- If you are not a qualified Teaching Assistant, this should not deter you from applying. This opportunity would be suitable for those from the healthcare, education, and sports sectors. As well as anyone with an interest in SEN and a transferable skill set.
