Temporary Senior Accountant / Financial Controller

Butler Rose is delighted to be working with a growing global business based in Hemel Hempstead who are seeking a temporary Senior Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain some experience within a fast paced environment working within a small team, along with the potential for a permanent opportunity to evolve. This is a growing business with a building workload - so this could be a great foot in the door also if you are looking for a longer term role, or indeed your next challenge if you are an experienced contractor.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting
- Oversite and sign off of monthly management accounts and annual audit
- Mentoring and line management of 2-3 finance staff members
- Cashflow management
- Finance Analysis
- Contributing to the continuous development of processes and procedures
To be successful in this role it is essential that you are a confident user of Excel, with prior experience ideally with Sage accounting systems.
