Stock Condition Surveyor
Goodman Masson are working with a Housing Association to recruit for an interim Stock Condition Surveyor covering Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas.
Rate: £30-£32 per hour (negotiable, depending on experience)
Duration: 6 months +
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting detailed property inspections across our portfolio to assess the condition of homes
- Compiling reports on the physical state of housing, identifying repairs, improvements, and compliance with safety standards
- Collaborating with our asset management and maintenance teams to prioritise necessary works
- Ensuring properties meet health and safety regulations, including fire safety, energy efficiency, and accessibility
- Supporting the development of long-term asset management strategies, helping us plan for the future of our housing stock
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor or in a similar role within the housing or construction sector.
- HHSRS experience highly desirable
