You will be credit controlling and reconciling your own portfolio of properties which is made up of around 20 sites.

Responsibilities:
- Collect debt via telephone
- Manage any inbound and outbound emails and queries
- Reduce the aged debt
- Handle the ledger reconciliations
- Raise invoices and posted out
- Allocating cash coming into the business
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
- Strong communication abilities across all levels
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines
