We are on the hunt for an experienced Paid Media Expert, to manage the Search and PMAX ads for their clients. This is a crucial role to sit just below the Head of Marketing and manage budgets of up to millions each month.

Responsibilities
- Manage paid campaigns across Google Search/PMax/Demand Gen
- Confidently manage significant budgets, adhering to strict deadlines
- Generate leads through paid campaigns, that can be converted to sales
- Drive a data-centric marketing approach, with a strong emphasis on customer value and payback
- Ensuring proper tracking, analysis and reporting
- Identify market performance trends and opportunities to stay ahead of competition and translate findings into effective digital campaign
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing paid campaigns
- Minimum 3 years' experience
- Agency experience (preferred)
