Our client, a world leader in manufacturing are looking for an Electrical Technician to join their plant Instrumentation and Maintenance team! Based near Southampton!

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of control systems including process computer hardware, shutdown systems, analytical equipment, actuators, control valves, and other instrumentation.
- Carry out planned and defect work
- Occasionally commission new equipment.
- Provide 24-hour breakdown service and rota coverage at weekends and Bank Holidays once operational experience is gained
Requirements
- Maintenance experience working on machinery/equipment within a manufacturing/production environment
- Electrical competency
- Ideally a relevant apprenticeship, level 3 BTEC or equivalent OR relating certification
