Due to growth & contract wins, we are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with a proven background in Food manufacturing.
The successful Food Production Team Leader duties will include;
- Lead & motivate the production team (4 – 7 people)
- Ensure production is consistent & up to the companies high standards
- Manage the team's KPI's ensuring each are meet
- Assist in the planning & management of rota's, demand and supply planning & resource management
- Work to the departments SOPs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the factory
- Work to the companies high standards at all times
- Work to health & safety policies
- Commit to their working week; Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm
