Location: East Bristol

Autograph Recruitment are excited to be exclusively partnered with a well-established legal company based in Bristol. They are looking to expand their HR team and to change processes and procedures within the business.
The Opportunity:
This role is to support the Directors with the HR side of the business. They are looking for someone who has a proven record of implementing change.
Ideally you will be Level 5 + CIPD and available on short notice. This position is based full time in the office (plenty of parking is available)
You will be managing a team of 4 and be involved in all aspects of HR including recruitment, staff disciplinaries, writing staff handbooks, payroll, marketing etc.
