The Mortgage Advisor role
This is an incredible opportunity for the right person, looking to make their mark and build a successful team around them.
You will be working as the main regulated Mortgage Broker within this specialist finance company.
The cases you will work on will be complex, so it is essential that you have an exceptional attention to detail and the knowledge and ability to work autonomously.
Leads will be provided via the commercial side of the business; however, you will also need to have the passion to drive the business forward, grow your network and bring in your own clients.
The Mortgage Advisor Package
- 35 hours per week - Flexible
- Full administrative support
- 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
- Up to £35k Basic
- Banded commission structure up to 30%
- Opportunity to train on Commercial Mortgages
Mortgage Advisor desired skills and experience
- 18 months+ experience as a Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Advisor
- An understanding of complex Mortgage cases
- An appreciation for social media as tool to generate business
- The ability to work autonomously
- An exceptional attention to detail
- Passionate about the Mortgage industry and the drive to succeed
- Knowledge of personal buy to let / personal bridging is advantageous
