Administrator & Coordinator
to join their team in
Hartlepool.
The role
- Full-Time, Permanent Contract
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm
- £11.47 per hour
You will be responsible for providing assistance in the administration of all plant activities, and oversee the coordination of weighbridge activities where required.
Key accountabilities
- Providing general administrative support to the site management team
- Recording materials in and out of site
- Data entry and systems management
- Dealing with incoming telephone and email queries
- Liaison with customers, visitors, contractors, and drivers who attend site
- Support with HSE compliance across site - purchasing of PPE etc
Skills & experience
- Excellent organisation skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills - predominantly with MS Office
