An exciting role has arise to join a Receptionist team for a growing company. They are looking for a team player who wants to join with the business.
This is a Monday to Friday 9am till 5:30pm.
This position is walking distance from Twyford station, plus has parking on site.
Duties include:
- Welcoming guest into the building and signing them in.
- Answering inbound calls and directing them to right team.
- Supporting the facilities team.
- Making sure the meeting room is ready for the day and throughout the day.
PERSON SPECIFIC
- Great communicator.
- Excellent Microsoft office & Excel skills.
- A passion for great customer service with a can-do attitude.
- Can work as part of a team or on own initiative.
- Great organisational skills.
