Hyde is looking to recruit an IT Applications Trainer on a 6 month fixed term contract.

As an IT Applications Trainer at Hyde, you will work within the Technology Department, delivering expert training for key software applications within our IT service catalogue. You'll play a pivotal role in equipping staff with the knowledge to navigate and effectively use systems such as Northgate, Salesforce, and Total Mobile Connect, ensuring that the business can meet its evolving needs with top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver both induction and business-as-usual (BAU) IT training.
  • Provide training on various software platforms including Northgate, Salesforce, Keystone, and more.
  • Create, implement, and evaluate tailored training solutions for staff, ensuring effectiveness and relevance.
  • Deliver floor walking sessions, both physical and virtual, for one-to-one training support.
  • Continuously seek feedback to improve the IT training delivery and enhance service standards.
  • Stay updated with software and technology changes, ensuring training materials are current and aligned with business requirements.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Comfortable delivering training in person and in virtual environments, including on camera and voiceover.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to clearly teach users how to navigate and operate IT systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of applications like Salesforce, Northgate, Keystone, and other key software.
  • Experience creating and delivering training content that is engaging and easy to follow.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and develop creative training solutions.
