**Our Clients Are Seeking an Experienced Partner Manager to Own Strategic Alliances and Drive Commercial Success
Our clients - a leading technology solutions provider in the SaaS and cloud communications space - are looking for a commercially driven, relationship-focused Partner Manager to join their team in Berkshire. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3-4 days per week onsite across both head office and client locations.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role with a focus on building and nurturing long-term partnerships, executing structured sales plans, and enhancing service delivery across a dynamic portfolio of partners.
**Key Responsibilities **Partner Planning & Strategy
Own and manage the partner portal as a central resource for communications and engagement.
Develop and execute structured partner plans that drive revenue and margin growth across monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Identify and target new customers through strategic collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
Build and maintain sales pipelines and development plans tailored to key partner accounts.
Maintain accurate forecasting and ensure CRM systems are fully updated.
**Partner Relationships & Satisfaction
Build effective, long-term relationships with new and existing partners.
Drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities through and with partners.
Act as a key point of escalation and expectation management across sales, delivery, and contract lifecycles.
Coordinate internal teams to align with partner expectations and ensure delivery excellence.
**Bid & Tender Collaboration
Work with presales, delivery, and bid teams to create and win complex sales proposals.
Lead virtual bid teams to meet submission deadlines with quality responses.
Fully qualify partner opportunities and manage objections early in the process.
**Product & Market Expertise
Maintain a solid understanding of key SaaS/cloud products and industry trends.
Clearly articulate solution value propositions to both internal and partner stakeholders.
Contribute to marketing, sales enablement, and brand awareness initiatives.
Support and mentor sales colleagues to help them close partner-driven opportunities.

**About You
Proven experience in partner management, account management, or channel sales.
Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and growing partner revenue.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial and strategic planning abilities.
Experience working with SaaS, IT, cloud, unified comms, or managed services is desirable.
Familiar with CRM platforms, structured sales frameworks, and partner enablement.
