Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a successful and well established business in Newry and are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their team in finance.
This is a full time opportunity, office based.
The hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
This opportunity offers a competitive salary as well as room for growth and development within the finance team and business.
Reporting to the Accountant, the post holder will be of support across the finance function for a group of 3 companies.
Duties will include:
Management of the purchase ledger function
Statement reconciliation
Subcontractors Monthly Return
Intrastat Dispatches & EC Sales
Intrastat Arrivals
TSS Declarations
Management of fuel receipts
Import documentation
The Person:
Applicants will have previous accounts experience and will work well in a small team environment.
Applicants will be looking for the next step in their career
Applicants will have a good working knowledge of MS Excel
