Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage debt collection and control.
- Resolve accounts queries and oversee debt recovery.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth account management and prompt payments.
- Send out monthly client statements and manage correspondence.
- Prepare monthly reports and ad hoc financial statements as needed.
- Process and reconcile warranty remittances, intercompany accounts, and credit card transactions.
- Reconcile finance products and review stocks and settlements.
- Provide support to other accounts assistants and assist with various financial tasks.
- Collaborate on reports and analysis as required.
