- Build and maintain relationships with team members across the organisation.
- Visit fire stations to ensure effective communication.
- Contribute to the creation and distribution of informative materials.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
- Ensure all communications adhere to company guidelines and standards.
- Support other departments with their communication needs.
- Attend team meetings and share insights from a communications perspective.
Profile
A successful Internal Communications Officer should have:
- An educational background in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an internal communications or communications role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
