Our client, a successful independent Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team in the Newcastle-upon-Tyne area.

Our client is a successful independent who believes in having a professional and ethical approach to their business, as well as, training their staff to a high standard.

Working days of a Sales and Lettings Negotiator:

You will be required to work full time, Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturdays with a day off in lieu

The successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

  • Basic salary of up to £24,500
  • Realistic OTE of £28,000 (Uncapped)

Key responsibilities for the role of a Sales and Lettings Negotiator:

  • Negotiating sales and lets
  • Negotiating offers
  • Building business relationships
  • Meeting and liaising with potential sellers, buyers, landlord and tenants
  • Generating new business
  • Updating clients and providing customer service
  • Manage the busy viewings diary
  • Attending viewings

Sales and Lettings Negotiator requirements:

  • Local knowledge (Advantageous)
  • You will be an excellent communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • At least 12 months experience as a Sales or Lettings Negotiator
  • Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented
  • Tactful and articulate
  • Highly motivated and results-driven
  • Ambitious and have a positive attitude
  • Full UK driving license
