The Role – Your Focus and Contribution

As a Deputy Senior Account Manager in our Media City Office, you will assist our senior management team in developing X1 as a business, but also the individuals within our X1 team. We are looking for candidates with firm experience in the Lettings and Property Industry, looking to take the next step forwards in their career.

In your role, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the portfolio you work on, ensuring that this is functioning smoothly. Your organisational, team management abilities and strong communication skills will contribute to the overall success of your team, portfolio and overall, X1. You will be driven and motivated to ensure that all team members are following and adhering to processes, have the opportunity for training and development and are all working towards the same goals.
As a Deputy Senior Account Manager, you will work directly under the Senior Account Manager on your portfolio to ensure high performance of the team and help our business grow.

Aspects of the role will also include:

  • Assisting with team members 121s and daily meetings
  • Achieving rental targets and ensuring the portfolio is bringing in all avenues of revenue
  • Key handling and key management across full portfolio
  • Completing weekly management report and reviewing portfolio on a weekly basis
  • Conducting move-ins across portfolio and providing excellent customer service

We require a candidate who has strong organisational skills, flexibility, an ability to learn quickly, and a natural people person who can build relationships and help create a supportive team environment within our Media City office; whilst also building relationships across the wider X1 business. Part of this role would be analysing the current business strategy to identify new revenue streams and implementation of new processes to be rolled out across the team to ensure best practice and business growth. If thriving in the role, there would then be natural progression to a Senior Management position.

Hours - 9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am - 4.30pm Friday
