We are seeking a diligent Office Manager/PA to oversee and manage office operations and procedures as well as support with sales administration. This individual will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving our client's efficiency and effectiveness in the industrial/manufacturing sector.

Description

Duties of the Office Manager/ PA

  • Oversee and manage all office operations and procedures
  • Maintain office services by organising office operations and procedures
  • Support the sales team with orders
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • MD support - travel and diary management
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords
  • Ensure the office remains clean, well organised and safe
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

Profile

A successful Office Manager/ PA should have:

  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Experience with office management software like ERP and CRM
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Job Offer
