This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist looking to join an established yet growing practice where you'll be working on a variety of projects in a mixture of sectors. All whilst having great support through chartership and training and the chance to progress up to an Associate level.

This established yet growing architectural practice works across a variety of sectors, including Residential, Light Industrial, and Commercial. They deliver high-quality services in these areas, working on diverse projects such as airports, industrial units, and offices fit out. Their commitment to quality has resulted in a significant amount of repeat business, as well as attracting new clients. Recently, they were selected to be part of a national affordable housing framework, ensuring a full workload for the foreseeable future. This is why they are looking to expand their dynamic and fluid workforce with this great opportunity.
In this role you will have a number of responsibilities where you'll be managing multiple projects at once that have been assigned to you by the directors. You'll be responsible for managing the projects through all the RIBA stages. You will be using software such as Revit to create detailed technical drawings. You'll be liaising with your colleagues, consultants and on-site teams to ensure that projects are running to specification and helping solve any problems when they arise. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you'll be attending monthly review meetings to discuss progress of projects.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an Architectural Technologist with good construction and Revit experience. As well as working towards finishing their chartership or are fully chartered.

The Person:
- Senior Architectural Technologist
- Fully chartered or working towards finishing chartership
- Good experience and knowledge of the construction industry
- Proficient in Revit
- Full UK drivers license
