BREEAM Assessor

This is an exciting opportunity for an established BREEAM Assessor to join a growing Sustainability consultancy in the Greater Manchester area and work on a range of exciting BREEAM related projects.
Role responsibilities for a BREEAM assessor will be:
- Taking the lead on managing and delivering projects independently
- Work alongside other members of the team on their BREEAM projects
- Provide advice to design engineers on BREEAM requirements
- Build and develop new client relationships, helping the client secure new projects and opportunities.
The ideal BREEAM Assessor will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within a BREEAM Assessor or BREEAM related role
- Educational background within an Environmental Science or Sustainability field
- Proven track record of delivering on BREEAM projects throughout all stages of their lifecycle
- A BREEAM Assessor qualification would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and previous experience in a client facing role
