HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you'll serve as the primary liaison for partners and employees regarding all HR matters. By developing a deep understanding of specific business areas, you'll integrate seamlessly into the department while maintaining robust relationships with the HR team.

This dynamic role withinthe collaborative team offers ample opportunities to enhance business performance by partnering with senior stakeholders to drive change and innovation in working practices and behaviors.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret strategic initiatives like growth plans within designated teams.
  • Offer expert advice on employee and partner relations issues, considering commercial options.
  • Utilize financial data to address utilization and resource-related challenges.
  • Support, coach, and empower line managers in addressing performance issues.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment team on senior and lateral partner hires.

About You: Ideally, you'll have:

  • Proven HR experience, currently at Manager or HRBP level.
  • Previous exposure to partnership culture, preferably in legal or professional services.
  • Credibility to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Desire to collaborate within a supportive team environment.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
