Job Description
- Manage the non-conformance process, including issue identification, investigation, and root cause analysis.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to effectively address various non-conformities.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of managing the entire non-conformance procedure from inception to resolution.
- Mechanical manufacturing experience is essential.
