Quality and Customer Care Executive

My client is seeking a Quality and Customer Care Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for excellent customer service. The successful candidate will manage supplier relationships, ensure compliance with EU legislation, and support the customer service team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring all product specifications are up-to-date
- Ensure compliance with EU Labelling Legislation & Claims.
- Monitor packaging stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure supply chain continuity.
- Create and confirm SSCC labels with suppliers.
- Provide additional support to the customer service team during peak periods to maintain a high level of service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints over telephone and email, ensuring resolutions align with our high standards.
- Maintain up-to-date supplier certifications and support cross-functional requests for product launches and quality checks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in customer service or a related role within the food industry.
- Knowledge of EUFIC Regulations/Allergen Labelling is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for effective liaison with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management.
