We are seeking an Assistant Financial Accountant for a prestigious global real estate firm. This company is dedicated to addressing real estate challenges through innovative approaches, contributing positively to both urban and rural environments.
Role Summary:
As an Assistant Financial Accountant, you will work closely with the Corporate Accounting Manager, playing a pivotal role in the financial accounts team. You will bring your technical and analytical expertise to make an immediate impact, with responsibilities including financial reporting, treasury, and accounts receivable management.

Key Qualifications:
- Strong academic record
- Part-qualified finance professional (ACA or ACCA)
- Experience in preparing financial statements and reports
- Proficiency in financial accounts and treasury management
- Proven ability to quickly establish and maintain key internal relationships
- Confident and proactive attitude
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF formulas)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
