**Estimator - Restoration

Duties:
- Review project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborating with engineers, Subcontractors, and architects to collect the required information for estimating.
- Analyse material, labour, and time requirements for each project.
- Prepare detailed estimates including labour, material costs, equipment, and subcontractor bids
- Produce estimates to management and clients in a concise and professional manner.
- Monitor costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budgeting requirements.
- Harness cost control techniques to manage expenditure effectively
Requirements:
- Experience as an Estimator in the roofing or construction industry
- Proven analytical skills with attention to detail
- In depth knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Skilled in using estimating software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, team managers and suppliers
