About The Company:
Our client is a small family run organisation with a track record of success within property development across the UK. They are looking to drive significant growth over the next 3-5 years, expanding into new territories and looking to treble the number of projects they work on each month.
As such, they are looking to bring on board a Fund Manager who can support them in identifying and securing additional investment partners for the projects to drive continued success.
Fund Manager – The Role:
This is a key role for the business and will be responsible for identifying and securing external investment partners for their projects. You will be responsible for building relationships with a range of individuals and institutions in order to secure investment, discussing the unique investment opportunities the business is able to offer. Additionally, you will work closely with the founders of the business in supporting the wider business strategy.
Fund Manager – Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new investment funds to support acquisition activity
- Produce investor packs and marketing material to support your activity
- Build long-lasting relationships with key individuals and institutions for future fund investments
Fund Manager – You:
- A min. of 10 years experience building funds and supporting investment activity
- Strong people person, with a track record of building lasting meaningful relationships
- Ability to prepare and present pitch documentations and reports on investment opportunities for potential partners
- Ability to think critically and creatively
