Our client, a global Freight Forwarding company based on the outskirts of Colchester, are seeking an Accounts Administrator join their expanding team and provide efficient support the busy account department.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inputting Purchase ledger
- Processing supplier forms
- Nominal inputting
- Assisting with year end processes
- Scanning & filing
- Ordering and keeping stock of stationery
- Maintaining accurate records
- Assisting team members with ad hoc responsibilities as and when required
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven accounts administration experience, minimum 2 years preferred
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- IT proficient, including the use of Microsoft packages and accountancy software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
