We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a young man with an acquired brain injury. The role involves supporting him with everyday tasks and ensuring his well-being during college holidays. This position requires a compassionate individual with a clear driver's licence.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Provide one-to-one support to a young man with an acquired brain injury.
  • Assist with daily tasks.
  • Facilitate engagement in social and recreational activities.
  • Accompany to appointments and outings as required.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment.
  • Monitor and report on the individual's progress and any concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a support worker role.
  • Minimum 6 months UK experience.
  • Clear and valid driver's licence.
  • Patience, understanding, and a caring disposition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly during college holidays.
  • Commitment to the well-being and development of the individual.
