Job description – Customer Success Manager
In this Customer Success job in London, you will gain extensive experience in supporting customers through their journey partnering with the product, configuring the platform to best support their business requirements.

Over time you will build up a deep understanding of the business and the wider retail industry, allowing you to help customers to fulfil their business objectives and maximize ROI.

Key responsibilities - Customer Success Manager
In this Account Manager job in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide training and resources to help customers understand and use the product effectively, including tutorials, webinars, & documentation
  • Serve as the main point of contact (internally & externally) for your customer accounts, building strong relationships and maintaining open lines of communication
  • Assess the customer's Success Plan progress, review the relationship & journey and discuss ways to maximize the value they get from the product
  • Understand the goals and challenges of each customer. Developing and maintaining customer success plans tailored to each customer's objectives and milestones
  • Regular proactive check-ins with customers to update on Success Plan progress, offer guidance, highlight new features, and gather feedback
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams (support & product) to ensure that customer issues or concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, and product roadmaps are shaped
  • Encourage satisfied customers to become advocates by providing testimonials, referrals, or case studies that highlight their success stories
  • Identify opportunities for upsell or cross-sell which align with the customer's needs and goals
  • Track and report on KPIs related to customer engagement, product usage, and revenue growth
  • Continuously assess the health of customer accounts by tracking product usage

Job requirements – Customer Success Manager

  • 2+ years' experience in a B2B customer facing role such as Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
  • BA/BSc degree with a 2:1 or above
  • Experience in cloud-based software, or retail is highly beneficial
  • Business fluency in French is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong analytical skills – you'll be comfortable using excel for data management including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Someone who is comfortable taking ownership of projects and tackling new challenges independently
  • Confident in building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with customers from all over the world
  • Self-driven, motivated, and results orientated
  • Highly confident in simultaneously managing a variety of projects, stakeholders, and deadlines
