Tradewind is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join a fantastic Primary School in the heart of Hazel Grove, Stockport. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity (starting after Easter) where you'll primarily work 1:1 with a child in KS1 who has special educational needs (SEND).
What you'll do:
- Provide tailored support to a child with SEND in KS1
- Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
- Collaborate with the teacher to develop and implement individualised learning plans
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom experience
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience working with children with SEND
- A compassionate, empathetic, and firm approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for education and a commitment to inclusion
- The ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
