Our client, a growing Insurance company, are looking to expand their team by bringing on board an experienced and talented Commercial Account Handler.
You will be working in a well-established organisation where you will be supporting on of the teams Account Exec's with their growing portfolio.
The client base is varied and will include a range of commercial SME's, farmland and the local racing and stud industries to name a few.
This role offers continued support and growth for the right candidate. In addition there are some great benifits such as free onsite parking, company events and the potential for some hybrid working.
As the Commercial Account Handler you will be:
- Responding to the client inquiries via phone and email
- Conducting "fact-finding" to identify clients' requirements and provide quotations for both new and existing clients
- Maintaining records of clients' risk awareness, circumstances, and objectives
- Determining competitive rates from insurers based on gathered information.
- Obtaining and communicating quotations, advising on the most suitable options.
- Assisting with mid-term adjustments, claims, and renewals.
- Managing the departmental diary system and producing renewal documentation.
As the Commercial Account Handler, you will have:
- Experience working in the commercial insurance sector
- Outstanding communication skills written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills
