We seek a bright and enthusiastic college graduate to join our sales team. We want to hear from you if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and eager to grow in a creative environment. No prior experience is needed, as we offer full training and ongoing support for your development.

The Role

Working in a small, dedicated team, you will assist the Senior Sales Administrator with the coordination of projects, both new and ongoing, and facilitate communication between teams to ensure clients' requirements are met. Your role will be crucial in delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process.

  • Responsible for managing incoming sales enquiries and entering customer information into the CRM system
  • Produce quotations and assist with sample requests
  • Raise sales orders and invoices
  • Maintaining the internal CRM system and researching information for customer meetings
  • Coordinating the CAD drawing approval process
  • Document Control - uploading project documents to the supplier portals and the internal SharePoint site

About You

  • A confident communicator with proficient Microsoft Office and administrative skills
  • A reliable, self-motivated team player with a willingness to learn and grow

In return, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package

  • Salary range £19,000 - £21,000 (dependent on age and experience)
  • 24 days annual leave plus public holidays
  • Hours: 8:30 - 4:45, finishing at 4pm on a Friday
