Business Development / Telesales

This is a warm Business Development / Telesales role, working with a family-owned business with an excellent reputation in their field. You will engage with zero and low-spending accounts and existing accounts by selling /cross-selling a wide range of products. Managing existing accounts, promoting and upselling.
£28-30k basic salary, realistic OTE expected to be £4-8k per annum in your first year.

Monday-Friday 8.30-5pm. Remote working.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

  • Developing new relationships and maintaining existing key accounts
  • Selling into a warm market with existing customers
  • Using KPIs, CRM and Data Intelligence to work towards sales and profit targets
  • Promoting and signing up new companies

ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years' experience of B2B telesales and business development
  • Self-motivated, team player and keen to develop and succeed
  • CRM experience is essential - they use Salesforce
