We are seeking a Food Production Operative to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial in operating and maintaining machinery used in the salad production process and ensuring the production of high-quality salad products in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Day to Day of the role:
- Operate and maintain machinery used in the salad production process.
- Feed raw materials such as vegetables and fruits into production machinery.
- Monitor the production line, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Perform basic quality checks on salad products post-production.
- Pack finished salad products ensuring they are ready for distribution.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the production area.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Manual dexterity and the ability to work quickly.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
