Crem Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a large local employer in Ely, who is looking to employ several Production Operators. This is a temporary to permanent role.
This Production Operative position offers great career progression and an opportunity to develop within a large organisation.
Some of the duties include:
- Work with the crew to set up jobs in the timeliest manner possible.
- Ensure that the levels of Health and Safety, hygiene and housekeeping are maintained to a high standard.
- Understand and execute the instructions on the specification sheets relevant to the position.
- Stack and send pallets that will travel down the line and are fit for palletisation.
- Ensure all pallets are of a first-class presentation.
- Immediately report any mechanical issues to the Machine Operator.
- General housekeeping.
- Maintain a positive can-do attitude.
- Heavy Lifting will be required.
Hours of work are:
- Rotational Shifts - Monday to Friday (full-time):
vWeek 1. Monday to Thursday 06.00am - 2.00pm, Friday 05.00am - 12.00
vWeek 2. Monday to Thursday 2.00pm - 10.00pm, Friday 12.00 - 7.00pm
Pay £11.44 per hour to start with.
