Our client is looking for a dedicated and outgoing Customer Account Manager to manage high-profile key customer accounts and drive long-term business relationships.
This role is critical in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate is confident, passionate, and committed to delivering exceptional service to meet client needs and maximize business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-profile client accounts, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, regularly visiting clients in person and conducting service follow-up calls to maintain engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's needs and strategic goals to foster long-term business and maximize revenue potential.
- Proactively address client retention by providing excellent service and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Handle client queries with promptness and professionalism, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Resolve client complaints with a solutions-focused approach, identifying ways to improve client satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client objectives, gather insights, and provide relevant updates to clients.
Person / Experience Required
- Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, outgoing, and confident approach to relationship building.
- Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve client concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term partnerships.
