Juice Recruitment is thrilled to be working with a well-established Financial Services organisation in the heart of Bath as they search for a skilled Case Manager to join their growing team.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to the company's ongoing growth by processing mortgage applications and ensuring the integrity of the mortgage book. As a Case Manager, you will be a key point of contact for both the Sales and Operations Teams, helping to maintain the company's Credit Risk Strategy and providing exceptional service to all stakeholders.

This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with an expectation of at least two days per week in the office.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Processing mortgage applications with efficient communication with Packagers, Brokers, and Direct customers, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
  • Coordinating with the Society's valuation panel manager to ensure timely and accurate valuation processes.
  • Accurately inputting and maintaining records within core systems and document repositories.
  • Providing high-quality service to Packagers, Brokers, and Direct customers, ensuring they are informed at every stage of the process.
  • Ensuring prompt collection and processing of procuration fees during the application process.
  • Collaborating closely with underwriters and the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
  • Maintaining the mortgage application pipeline and promptly addressing any declines or NPWs.
  • Working effectively with the Business Change team during group initiatives to support department needs.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Experience in Financial Services, particularly in mortgage processing.
  • CeMAP qualification, or a willingness to complete the qualification within an agreed timeframe.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, results-focused approach with excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience with Mortgage Origination Platforms and Sopra Banking Software is desirable.
