Registered Manager

O2 Care Ltd are a small Supported Living service located in the Radcliffe area. We support adults with Learning disabilities, mental health, autism. We are looking for someone with experience in the above-mentioned care setting. You will be responsible for the services on the CQC registration.

The role requires effective communication, liaising with staff, service users, families and other care professionals whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality. You will be participating in the delivery of the service which takes into account all of the day-to-day operational requirements and also quality measurements and monitoring. You will be responsible for ensuring all CQC KLOE's are being met to a Good or outstanding rating.

Other duties expected (but not limited to) are - recruitment, support planning, support plan implementation, referrals etc.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Level 5 in Health and Social Care
  • Experience of being a Registered Manager (min 2/3 years)
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a learning disability care setting
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including the Mental Health Act
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team Commitment to providing high-quality care and promoting residents' well-being

The salary for this permanent job is up to £35,000 - £45,000 DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE
