Key tasks include:

?? Process job description review requests accurately and efficiently

?? Assist with requests for representatives to serve on Advisory Appointments Committees

?? Utilise spreadsheets to meticulously record and organise data

?? Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders

?? Follow established processes, address basic queries, and escalate complex issues when needed

Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate: ??

?? Strong administration skills - you'll be organised and detail-oriented, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

?? Ability to deliver excellent customer service - you'll be the friendly face of our client, providing support and assistance to both internal and external stakeholders.

?? Confidence with spreadsheets - you'll utilise your skills to systematically record and manage data, keeping everything in order.

?? Ability to follow processes - you'll be a pro at following guidelines, responding to basic queries and requests, and escalating more complex issues when needed.

? Working Pattern: Full-time (35 hours per week)
