This role offers the flexibility to choose your availability each week, making it ideal for those seeking a work-life balance. You will be providing general classroom support as well as 1:1 assistance to pupils with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general classroom support to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Offer 1:1 support to pupils with special educational needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for all students.
- Monitor and report on pupil progress to teachers and SENCOs.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly with special educational needs.
- A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.
